Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Tour Cancellations

Our tour package bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy timelines:

• 15 Days or more prior to departure: 100% refund of the total booking price.
• Between 7 and 14 Days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total booking price.
• Less than 7 Days prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

2. Processing of Refunds

Once a cancellation is requested from your customer dashboard and approved by our admin, refunds are initiated back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, or Bank account) within 5–7 business days.

3. Partial Tours & Roadblocks

No refunds will be provided for unutilized travel services, hotel stays, or sightseeing routes if a traveler leaves a trip midway or experiences weather roadblocks after a departure has initiated.
