We collect personal details (names, ages, emails, mobile numbers, and addresses) for all travelers included in a booking. Additionally, we collect government-approved ID documents to verify travelers and apply for Inner Line Permits (ILPs) when traversing protected areas in Northeast India.

2. Sharing with Local Authorities and Vendors

We only share travel information and ID proofs with local authorities, permit offices, and partner hotels to the minimum extent required to execute permits and hotel reservations. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

3. Security of Data

All sensitive information, including uploaded ID proof files and transaction logs, is stored securely inside our servers. Our staff only access your files to verify payments or process local travel permits.
