Yes. During checkout, select "Cash / Offline Payment (COD)". Your booking will be registered as pending, and our operations coordinator will contact you to collect cash payment or share bank account details. Once payment is received, we confirm the booking manually.

Cancellation terms vary per package. You can cancel your trip from your Customer Dashboard. Refunds are processed based on the specific timeline (e.g. 100% refund prior to 15 days, 50% refund prior to 7 days).

Yes, states like Arunachal Pradesh (Tawang), Mizoram, and Nagaland require Inner Line Permits. When booking these packages, you can upload your ID proofs in your customer dashboard, and our office staff will apply and arrange the permits for you.
